Version #1 of the all-important 2019 sessions agenda (4 simultaneous presentation streams to run over 3 days to optimise information exchange), is now posted but is subject to topic and session times change as we determine our very best content set and order of delivery. Let us know if there is anything that you'd especially like us to include.

Our Group Conference App will be available for you to download closer to the event. This will contain information about the conference venue, sponsors, sessions agenda, presenters and delegates, 'Adventures Wednesday', Auckland restaurants and bars, and 'good-to-know' tips. You’ll also receive helpful notifications and reminders via the app.

In addition to the conference sessions, your registration fee includes:

  • Participation in the opening function and all networking events.
  • Provision of morning and afternoon teas and lunches.

  • Participation in a 'Wednesday Adventure'. 

The conference fee does not include:

  • Travel and Accommodation.
  • Breakfast or other food and beverage requirements outside conference hours.

The SKYCITY Convention Centre is the main venue for the conference. We recommend that you experience the convenience and luxury of the adjoining SKYCITY Hotel. 

We have secured a special conference rate of NZ$309.00 per night (incl. taxes) at SKYCITY Hotel. Room numbers are limited and will only be available at this rate while stock lasts. February is the busiest tourist month in Auckland so be sure to book your hotel of choice in advance to avoid disappointment and/or inflated room rates.

An opportunity to socialise and take a break from the upload of multiple streams of information is the reason why our half day ('Wednesday') adventures are an important and now legendary part of the Vista Conference agenda. Plus - we LOVE to show our guests our stunning city and have fun at the same time.


The world-class Titirangi golf course is set in beautiful bushland between the lower slopes of Auckland's Waitakere Ranges and the Manukau Harbour and is considered to be one of New Zealand’s top courses. If you're a passionate golfer - this is for you.

Yacht Racing – America's Cup Boats

Two teams of delegates will face off against each other in the famous Americas Cup yachts NZL40 & NZL41. at the start line! These magnificent boats provide the ultimate sailing experience and allow everyone to get involved. Get busy on the grinders, take the helm, or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the ultimate sailing experience on Auckland’s stunning Waitemata Harbour.

Whitewater Rafting

Located in Manukau (25 minutes south of Auckland Central and SkyCity), we will spend the afternoon at Olympic-standard-certified Vector Wero Whitewater Park. The park features two white water rafting courses and 9,000 sqm of clear water to explore - plus a 4metre fall if you dare - a thrill seekers playground!

Auckland City Revealed

Internationally renowned NZ Tour Company 'Bush and Beach' will host you on this tour of Auckland, which is set on 48 dormant volcanic cones (fingers-crossed they stay that way) and known as the City of Sails. Set between two harbours, the afore-mentioned stunning Waitemata and the brooding Manukau, this tour takes you on a journey to get to know Auckland better. It includes architectural landmarks, parks and reserves, the 'north shore' via the Harbour Bridge and stunning views of the Hauraki Gulf (beyond the Waitemata) via the vantage points the city's topography allows.

Jet Boat & Rangitoto Climb - Full

Come aboard the super-charged Auckland jet boat as we cross the Waitemata to Auckland's most iconic landmark - Rangitoto Island - the youngest and largest of Auckland's 48 volcanic cones! Emerging unexpectedly from the sea 600 years ago, Rangitoto is covered with beautiful pohutakawa forest and lava fields. It's a 2 hour return climb to the top, and a perfect spot for lunch with breath-taking, panoramic views of Auckland and the Gulf. The super-charged jet boat will bring you back to the city! This activity is now full. 

West Auckland Wine Trail Tour & Tasting - Full

We're leaving behind the bustle of Auckland city bound northwest to taste the wine flavours of Kumeu Wine Country, Auckland's Heritage Wine Region. Sample wines from world-renowned brands Soljans, Coopers Creek and West Brook Wineries. As an added bonus, over a packed lunch marvel at Muriwai Beach and the rugged surf-fringed West Auckland Coastline - a magnet for Aucklanders in need of a break and some surf. This activity is now full.

Terms & Conditions

Early Bird Pricing

Register by Thursday 01 November 2018 to secure Early Bird Pricing. This pricing is only available if you’re attending all three days of the conference and to be fair to all of our guests, it is not available after 01 November.

Registration Fees & Payment

The registration process includes payment by credit card, which can be made by Visa or Mastercard. For late registrations, payment is required prior to the conference start.

If for any reason you are unable to pay by credit card, plase email marketing@vista.co 

Conference fees do not include travel and accommodation or food and beverage outside of Conference sessions and events.

Standard of Dress

The standard of dress at the conference is Smart Casual.

On Arrival

Your registration pack containing your lanyard and opening event instructions will be waiting for you in your hotel room. If your registration pack is not there please contact Scott Woolright via email scott@onlyevents.nz or by mobile +64 21 430 133.


Lanyards should be worn at all times. You will need a lanyard to be admitted to the various functions and seminars.

Timing of Functions & Events

The timing of the events has been carefully scheduled and will be fixed.  Any necessary changes will be announced in advance and you will receive notification via the Vista Conference Smartphone App.

You must be at  events or a designated meeting place at the times specified. Transport will be leaving promptly and failure to be at the meeting point by the specified time could result in you missing the event altogether - and trust us - you don't want that.

Transfer Policy

Written requests to transfer a registration to another person will be honoured up to Friday 10 February 2019, after which they will be handled at the conference and will be subject to a US$50 transfer fee.

Cancellation Policy

Written requests to cancel a registration will be honoured up to 10 February 2019 and may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds are possible after 10 February 2019.

Conditions Applicable to all Attendees

If you submit a booking on behalf of other people, including any new attendees within a company, you need to confirm with that person or persons that they have seen and agreed to these conditions.
