Working under the guidance of the ICT Manager and Lead Engineer, the Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and support of systems hardware, system application software and must be used to a 24x7 environment. This role will report to the President of Vista USA with a dotted line to the ICT Manager in New Zealand.  


  • Plan and execute updates and upgrades to Microsoft server platforms 
  • Provision Laptop and Desktop computers for new employees 
  • DNS, DHCP, AD administration 
  • Apply OS updates, patches, and configuration changes 
  • Review system and application logs to identify potential issues with computer systems 
  • Add and retire technologies to/from existing infrastructure 
  • Responsible for documenting the configuration of the system 
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, networks, systems and key processes, and verify completion of scheduled jobs 
  • Add, remove, or update user account information, reset passwords, etc. 
  • Answer technical queries and assist users with troubleshooting any reported problems 
  • Contribute to the development of operations improvement plans 
  • Exchange and Office365 administration 
  • EMC and Dell SAN experience 
  • Dell server and VMWare troubleshooting 
  • VOIP administration 


  • B.S. Degree in engineering, science, mathematics, information systems, computer science or other evidence of exceptional ability 
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar environment  
  • Strong team player with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to manage additional technical resources to meet project requirements 
  • Available for occasional business travel 
  • Microsoft MCITP certification on Windows 2008 Server or above or Exchange 2010 or above is plus. VCP, EMC, NetAPP, Cisco Certifications is a plus 
  • Working knowledge of HP Servers, IBM Servers is a plus 
  • Good understanding of Office 365
