Love engaging with a wide variety of people - This role often requires conversations between our Services team, Regional teams and clients to solve a problem.


  • Working with Vista’s overseas business partners and customers to address any software issues
  • Investigating and resolving any problems that arise with Vista software
  • Installation and configuration of the Vista system on sites both within NZ and around the world
  • Providing end user training to Cinema and technical staff
  • Working with customers to solve their business requirements using Vista software

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science (or similar discipline)
  • Experience in a software support and/or development role
  • Experience and knowledge in SQL Server, Visual Basic, Networking is advantageous
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritise a varied and busy workload, and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to develop and maintain good professional working relationships with people at all levels across the company

The NZ: Software Services consultant Role
