strong>Become our new Application Specialist!
Working as part of a team, the Applications Specialist role is responsible for providing 3rd line software support, training, implementation and consulting services to Vista’s EMEA customer base.
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the long term success of a select portfolio of Vista’s key customers. This includes client retention, nurturing existing customer relationships as well as hitting performance targets. They will proactively assist customers in the use of Vista Cinema products as part of their day-to-day operations strategy and inform them of all new feature releases. The Customer Success Manager will be the first point of contact for clients.
Joining our Knowledge Services team as a Technical Writer, you'll work alongside our Product Managers and Engineers, identifying documentation requirements, writing, maintaining, and publishing documentation for our Vista products and software releases.
