Our Group Conference App will be available for you to download closer to the event. This will contain information about the conference agenda, events and networking opportunities, the conference venue, our presenters and sponsors, and Auckland city. Via the app, you’ll also receive helpful reminders and notifications.
The conference agenda is in development and provides preliminary information about the wide range of topics we'll cover in 2017. Let us know if there is anything that you'd especially like us to include.

In addition to the conference sessions, your registration fee includes:
- Participation in the opening function and all networking events.
- Provision of morning and afternoon teas and lunches.
- Invitation to the closing dinner and celebration.
- Participation in a half-day adventure.
The conference fee does not include:
- Travel and accommodation.
- Breakfast or food and beverage requirements outside conference hours.

Several travel options are available to you. Auckland International Airport is served by a number of major international airlines and is about 30 minutes from the SKYCITY Hotel (wee bit longer in rush hour!).
SKYCITY Convention Centre is the main venue for the conference. We recommend that you experience the convenience and luxury of the adjoining SKYCITY Hotel.
We have secured a special conference rate of $269 for premium king or twin share rooms at SKYCITY Hotel or $299 at the SKYCITY Grand. Room numbers are limited and will only be available at this rate until 1st February 2017.

Internationally renowned NZ Tour Company 'Bush and Beach' will host you on this tour of Auckland, which is set on 48 dormant volcanic cones and known as the City of Sails. Set between two harbours, the sparkling Waitemata and the brooding Manukau, this tour takes you on a journey to get to know Auckland better including architectural landmarks, parks and reserves, the 'north shore' via the Harbour Bridge and stunning views of the Hauraki Gulf via the vantage points the city's topography allows.
West Auckland Wine Trail Tour & Tasting

Early Bird Pricing
Register by Monday 31 October 2016 and pay within 30 days to qualify for Early Bird Pricing. This pricing is only available if you’re attending all three days of the conference.
Multiple Registrant Pricing
Special pricing is available for two or more Vista customers from the same company. See here for full details of group pricing.
Registration Fees & Payment
All payments are required to be made within 30 days of invoice. For late registrations, payment is required prior to the conference start.
Conference fees do not include travel and accommodation or food and beverage outside of Conference sessions and events.
Standard of Dress
The standard of dress at the conference is Smart Casual.
Your registration pack containing your lanyard and opening event instructions will be waiting for you in your hotel room. If your registration pack is not there please contact Scott Woolright via email email@example.com or by mobile +64 21 430 133.
Lanyards should be worn at all times. You will need a lanyard to be admitted to the various functions and seminars.
Timing of Functions & Events
The timing of the events has been carefully scheduled and will be fixed. Any necessary changes will be announced in advance and you will receive notification via the Vista Conference Smartphone App.
You must be at events or a designated meeting place by the time specified. Transport will be leaving promptly and failure to be at the meeting point by the specified time could result in you missing the event altogether.
Written requests to transfer a registration to another person will be honored up to Friday 10 February 2017, after which they will be handled at the conference and will be subject to a US$50 transfer fee.
Written requests to cancel a registration will be honored up to 10 February 2017 and may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds are possible after 10 February 2017.
Conditions Applicable to all Attendees
If you submit a booking on behalf of other people, including any new attendees within a company, you need to confirm that they have seen and agreed to these conditions.
