VISTA WANTS PEOPLE WHO WILL KEEP US OUT FRONT IN CINEMA TECHNOLOGY. You’LL BE A STAR PERFORMER WHO MAKEs OUR BOX OFFICE SOLUTIONS A HIT EVERY TIME.
Do you have what it takes?
Put your degree to use! We're looking for our future developers, test analysts, software services consultants, and business analysts. To apply, you need to have completed or be close to completing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Systems, or Information Technology. These are fulltime, permanent roles, based in our Auckland office.
Who we're looking for
At Vista, we look for people who live and breathe cinema as much as we do. People who are motivated and enthusiastic team-players, and who will enjoy taking an active part in our New Zealand-based, world-leading software team.
Vista people are smart; creating sophisticated software requires clever, fast thinking problem-solvers who readily share their knowledge to build great products, enhancing the cinema experience for all.
We recognise that choosing where to begin your career is an important decision. Our fantastic people will mentor, coach, and encourage you to develop your potential. Vista’s success is built on recognising the importance of everyone's contributions, and we regularly attend key technology events, help staff achieve technical certification, and offer a mixture of rewards and benefits.
Vista actively looks for star interns as well as grads. Interns aren’t given boring projects that the full-time developers don’t want to do. In fact, I think the interns get some of the best projects. I worked on an R&D project for Android and iOS using beacons and other interns have worked on various projects, some of which are live and being used by customers around the world. You even get to present your project to some of the executives at the end (and they love it)Jay Kim - Software Engineering grad, Vista intern, and now, full-time employee!
What more could you ask for?
Applications for 2017/2018 are now closed. Applications for 2018/2019 will open in April 2018 (not long really!) — see you at the next careers fair.
